No. The Bird Club is specifically designed to support student-athletes from the Creighton Men’s Basketball program.

Payments are received by student-athletes in exchange for performing NIL activities on behalf of the Bird Club collective.
Each student-athlete will agree to perform a certain amount of NIL activities in exchange for an agreed payment—NIL activities could include appearances, social media posts, autograph signings, camps, clinics and more.

Contributions to the Bird Club in exchange for providing NIL activities are NOT tax-deductible as charitable contributions; however, they may be tax-deductible as business marketing expenses.
